At BarkHaus Pet, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period for eligible products.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To qualify for a voluntary return after the statutory withdrawal period, the item should be unused, undamaged and, where reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at info@barkhauspet.com and include your order number.

Please do not send products back before receiving return instructions from us.

EU / German Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in Germany and the European Union may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This voluntary 30-day return policy does not restrict or replace those statutory rights.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@barkhauspet.com.

Please provide your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue. We will review the case and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once a return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you regarding the refund.

Where a statutory withdrawal applies, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first. 

Approved refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

Certain products may be excluded from the voluntary 30-day return policy where permitted by law, for example products made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalized products.

Statutory rights relating to defective goods remain unaffected.
