At BarkHaus Pet, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Processing times may be slightly longer during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high demand.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery is generally 10–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains several products, they may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because of this.
