Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods where an applicable legal exception exists, including, for example, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
