Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders are not normally processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, product and shipping method:

• Germany: approximately 5–10 business days
• Other European countries: approximately 7–14 business days
• International destinations: approximately 10–20 business days

These are estimated delivery times. Where applicable, the delivery time shown for the individual product or during checkout will apply.

Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before the customer completes the order. From time to time, we may offer free-shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been shipped.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be affected by circumstances such as carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather or other events outside our reasonable control. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating the shipment.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Customers should check that their delivery address is complete and correct before submitting an order. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
